I'm in need of a shifter for a 70mm (short tailshaft) 4 speed transmission.
I currently have a shifter for a long tailshaft transmission, I had to heat and bend my upper handle to keep from punching my stereo. I'd like to replace it with the correct one, just to make it a little easier to reach. I really only need the rod with the plastic ball on it, but I'll buy whatever I can get. That includes entire transmissions (I don't want t0 pay to ship transmissions)

Oh, here's a diagram to show what I need. At a minimum I need part "18" instead of part "7" (I know these aren't real part numbers)
